Knights Bridge Estates is a community of 133 Landstar Homes, built from 1995 to 1999. We are located in Northeast Richardson at the intersection of Renner Road and Brand Road.

| The purpose of our HOA is to maintain all common areas and to govern the KBE community in accordance with the following legal documents:• Articles or Incorporation• Bylaws of Knights Bridge Estates, Inc.• CC&R's: The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and RestrictionsKBE's HOA governing documents can be found on your TownSq account. If you have questions, please contact our Community Manager. | We are a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Texas. Like all other corporations, a governing body is required to oversee our HOA's business.The KBE HOA is managed by a board of directors who serve on a volunteer basis. The board consists of three people elected by majority vote at the annual meeting. | KBE has partnered with Associa to manage the day-to-day activities of our HOA. Please reach out to our Community Manager if you have questions or concerns related to our HOA.What's the Role of Our Community Manager?• Provide administrative, managerial, and operational guidance to the board of directors. • Facilitate actions of the board.• Account for financial activities covered by the contracted Management Agreement. • Solicit vendors and provide proposals to the board for action.• Supervise maintenance activities and contractor performance.• Oversee and authorize payment for primary association services.• Complie and initiate long-term goals for the association with the board. |
