Our HOA has adopted architectural guidelines for making changes to the exterior of your home.These guidelines are used to maintain the aesthetic value and integrity of our community.
Any owner considering exterior modification to their property is required to submit an improvement request prior to the change.

| Lot and/or exterior home improvement plans must be submitted to the KBE Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to the commencement of any construction or modification. No construction or modification shall commence until written approval of the ACC is obtained.Most Common Exterior Changes Needing Prior ACC Approval?• Painting the home's exterior a different color • Changing fence stain color • Major landscaping changes • Installing roof solar panels • Structures (including, but not limited to, gazebos, sheds, out buildings, patio or driveway covers) visible above the fence line Learn More --- Please know this is not an exhaustive list. Submit this improvement request to the KBE Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review your lot and/or exterior home improvement plans requiring approval according to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) governing the KBE HOA. Download ACC Request Form |
Homeowners are reminded that any repairs, remodeling, and/or additions you are considering may require City building permits. As a general rule, if there is a contractor doing the work, the contractor should obtain the City permit. If you are doing the work, then you are responsible for obtaining the City permit.
