Mailbox Maintenance
KBE mailboxes are to be maintained by the homeowner and must be painted with a flat or satin finish black paint. (The mailboxes are aluminum and must be painted with the correct procedure / proper paint so they do not blister and peel in the Texas sun.) Also, mailbox latches can wear out or become brittle. Garage Sale Permit
The City of Richardson requires homeowners to obtain a Garage Sale Permit prior to their sale. Permits are available online and are FREE.

Trash & Recycling
KBE's solid trash collection is on Tuesday & Friday. Recycling collection is on Friday.
Request BABIC
KBE's Brush and Bulky Item Collection is on Friday. This is a city service provided BY REQUEST to dispose of large and bulky items (over 50 lbs.). Homeowners can request this service 8x per year.
Watering Schedule
KBE has twice-per-week designated watering days. Even-Numbered Addresses: Tuesday & Saturday; Odd-Numbered Addresses: Wednesday & Sunday
