2025 Annual Meeting: May 13, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.
The KBE HOA Members elected three Directors to the Board. Each of these Directors volunteered to serve a 1-year term. Annual business was conducted according to the Bylaws and prior year financials were provided to all homeowners in attendance. The City of Richardson's elected City Council, including Mayor Amir Omar, attended the meeting and held a short Q&A session with the meeting attendees.
The next Annual Meeting will convene in Spring-2026.
